the radical queer partners with artists around the country who share our values of diversity, equity and inclusion in the arts.  

Artists Wanted

At this time, The Radical Collective is limited to photographers and digital artists in the United States.  We hope to expand our offering opportunities as we grow.

Here is what you can expect:

  1. Artists will collaborate with the president/ceo of Line By Line, LLC., dba the radical queer to produce an assortment of products with your artwork printed on them. 
  2. Artists will choose the product type and price point for their works.  Products range from apparel, housewares, greeting cards, canvas prints and so much more!
  3. Your work will be displayed on www.theradicalqueer.com and promoted on trq social media.  Artists will receive a direct link to their webpage as well as a QR code.
  4. Artists will receive 80% of all profit on the sale of products featuring their work.  Payment is made via Venmo or CashApp on the first business day of each month for revenue from the previous month.
  5. Artists retain full ownership and rights of their work.  the radical queer will never use artist works on products not approved by the creator.
  6. the radical queer will retain responsibility for all web content, vendor relations and expenses associated with theradicalqueer.com.  The artist assumes no upfront cost for production.
  7. The artist will promote their works and products.  
  8. Artists will be invited to share a profile picture and artist biography on the site but this is not required for participation.

Here's the fine print:

  1. Artists MUST HAVE FULL OWNERSHIP, PRODUCTION and DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS for their works.  Artists assume full liability for any copyright and/or trademark infringements and/or any adverse action resulting from the misuse of unowned works.  Line By Line, LLC dba the radical queer is not responsible for your actions.  Artists will be required to sign a waiver to this effect.
  2. The artist is not an employee of Line by Line, LLC dba the radical queer and should never construe any collaboration as an assumption or offer of employment.  Artists in The Radical Collective are 1099 Independent Contractors and are responsible for all taxes associated with their payment(s).
  3. Artists may provide as few or as many works as they wish, however, the radical queer retains the right to decline works for any reason.  Most commonly, this will occur if works are significantly similar to those of another artist in The Radical Collective, are deemed to be inappropriate or otherwise against the values of the radical queer, and/or prioritize seasonal works during peak holiday times.
  4. Artists do not have and shall not claim any rights to products, logos, campaigns and/or works of the radical queer or other artists.
  5. No purchase necessary.  Artists will never be asked to purchase any product as a condition of participation.
  6. Participation in The Radical Collective is at the sole discretion of the president/ceo of Line By Line, LLC dba the radical queer.
  7. If, at anytime, you no longer wish to continue participation in The Radical Collective or wish to remove any product or works from your sales page, simply email info@linebylinedocs.com to remove yourself.  Please Note: Unless otherwise prohibited by law, the radical queer may delay removal for no more than 5 business days to ensure all customer orders in progress are fulfilled.
  8. Line By Line, LLC dba the radical queer reserves the right to remove any artist from The Radical Collective, with or without cause and with or without notice.  This commonly occurs when the online or real life actions of an artist hinder the image, integrity or profitability of Line By Line, LLC dba the radical queer.
